POLICIES:
Advance reservations are required. Two-night minimum stay on select weekends from May 15 to September 30, and a three-night stay on holiday weekends. A deposit equal to one nights stay must be received within 7 days of booking by check or money order. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. Balance is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATIONS:
Your deposit will be refunded with seven or more days notice from reservation date. Less than seven days from reservation date will result in a refund only if the entire reservation can be re-rented.
CHECK-IN
& CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at 3 P.M. If check-in time is later than 7 P.M., please inform us ahead of time. Checkout time is 11:00 A.M.
THE
FINE PRINT:
Children must be 10 years or older. Parents are responsible for their children's behavior. Children must be accompanied by their parents at all times.
Sorry, NO pets! (except horses)
We are a NON-SMOKING establishment, however there are designated areas where smoking is permitted.

HORSES:
All aspect of care, feeding and handling of horses are the sole responsibility of their owners. Guests are fully responsible for their feed and care. Please call ahead for reservations to assure
